CCA Galleries International
The judges for the Summer Exhibition at the CCA Galleries International in 2021 included Chris Orr RA and Jim Moir (aka Vic Reeves) .
Part of this exhibition included the Rural Magazine Awards. Hazel was awarded a runner-up prize for her seascape painting. Amongst the judges were Alasdair Crosby (Editor) Donna Le Marrec manager at National Trust for Jersey and Sasha Gibb the Galley manager at the time.
The judges commented "Hazel's painting was felt to sum up everything that is wonderful about the sea; the colours and movement of the tides".
